GREG HEBERT
President and CEO
Greg has a strong background in legal affairs, contract management, management consulting, operations, business funding, and grant writing. His expertise allows Kelsey Thomas Consulting to offer a wide range of high-level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Greg works with various organizations dedicated to supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. He has built a well-known grant writing firm with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Grant Writing Team Lead
Livia earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Arizona State University before completing her Master of Global Management with concentrations in Global Business and Digital Transformation at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Her background in consulting, client management, and mentorship has fostered a passion for building meaningful partnerships. She brings this collaborative approach to Kelsey Thomas Consulting, where she supports clients and teams in creating lasting impact.

MCKENNA DANAPILIS
Business Development Manager
McKenna is currently studying Business Management at Arizona State University. Through her academic work and professional experience, she has developed a strong interest in learning how organizations grow and operate effectively. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, McKenna supports strategic initiatives while continuing to build her skills and understanding of business growth, collaboration, and professional development.

Marketing Manager
Nya is a Marketing Manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting and a soon-to-be graduate of Arizona State University, where she will earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Sustainability in December 2026. Her academic experience has shaped a strong interest in the intersection of economic viability and environmental stewardship. Through her work at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, Nya brings this perspective to support the Business Development team that creates meaningful, sustainable impact.

Chandler is currently a rising senior pursuing a marketing degree at Arizona State University. Eager to continue growing professionally, Chandler is driven by opportunities that combine creativity, strategy, and meaningful connection.

Business Development Assistant
Adwoa is a Business Development Assistant and a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her degree in Business Law. She focuses on researching growth opportunities, supporting outreach efforts, and strengthening client connections. With a strong interest in the intersection of business and law, Adwoa brings insight, initiative, and a thoughtful perspective to every responsibility she handles.

NEDA AHMED
Account Manager/Grant Writer
Neda is a current pre-law student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College. She is studying both Business Law and Finance, with a certificate in Leadership in Business. She has experience in legal administrative work, data analytics, and leadership positions. Neda is passionate about the intersection of law and business and is ready to take on opportunities that support her career path. With a background in the restaurant industry, she is well-versed in time management and teamwork, skills she now applies to her role at Kelsey Thomas Consulting.

CHARLOTTE TINCH
Account Manager/Grant Writer
Charlotte, an ASU, graduate with a background in business law, international business operations, and customer service, leverages her expertise in grant writing and research to support and secure funding for clients. She effectively manages client accounts, ensures compliance, and organizes impactful projects that advance clients’ funding initiatives. Committed to organizational success and delivering strategic solutions, Charlotte is dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes for the firm’s clients.

NEALA HART
Assistant Account Manager
Neala is currently a pre-law student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College. She plans to graduate in the spring of 2028, then pursue a law degree. On campus, she serves as a chairwoman in Delta Zeta Sorority and is a member of the ULA Law Club. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she works as a grant-writing and business consulting intern, assisting account managers with grant research, writing, client intake, meetings, and the overall grant application process.

BELLA PASSERI
Assistant Account Manager
Bella is pursuing a dual master's degree in Forensic Psychology and a master's of advanced studies in Human Decision Making in Forensic Science. She plans to graduate Fall of 2026 and then move towards pursuing a PhD in clinical psychology. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she works as a grant-writing and business consulting intern, assisting account managers with grant research, writing, client intake, meetings, and the overall grant application process.

Victoria Vo is an Assistant Account Manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting and a student at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where she is pursuing a degree in Accounting with a minor in Real Estate.
