GREG HEBERT
President and CEO
Greg has a strong background in legal affairs, contract management, management consulting, operations, business funding, and grant writing. His expertise allows Kelsey Thomas Consulting to offer a wide range of high-level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Greg works with various organizations dedicated to supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. He has built a well-known grant writing firm with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

Livia earned her Bachelor of Science in Management from Arizona State University before completing her Master of Global Management with concentrations in Global Business and Digital Transformation at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Her background in consulting, client management, and mentorship has fostered a passion for building meaningful partnerships. She brings this collaborative approach to Kelsey Thomas Consulting, where she supports clients and teams in creating lasting impact.

Business Development Manager
Nya is a Marketing Manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting and a soon-to-be graduate of Arizona State University, where she will earn her Bachelor of Science in Business Sustainability in December 2026. Her academic experience has shaped a strong interest in the intersection of economic viability and environmental stewardship. Through her work at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, Nya brings this perspective to support the Business Development team that creates meaningful, sustainable impact.

Account Manager
Sophi is a rising Junior at Arizona State University studying both Business Law & Business Administration with a Certificate in Political Economy. With plans to graduate in the spring of 2028, she plans to take her professional background in innovation and venture development, her academic background in law and economic policy, and her passion for leadership and strategic management into the world of consulting. Through her involvement in university leadership, professional development organizations, and cross-functional teams, Sophi has cultivated strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Account Manager
Skylar is a Supply Chain Management and Marketing double major with a minor in Global Studies at Arizona State University. As an Assistant Account Manager, she supports client relationships, funding initiatives, and strategic growth efforts. She brings a strong passion for creativity and collaboration, allowing her to contribute innovative solutions to complex challenges. With a global perspective and detail-oriented approach, Skylar is dedicated to delivering thoughtful strategies that help organizations grow and create lasting impact.

She is also completing a certificate in AI & Digital Media, where she is learning more about how technology is changing the way businesses market and connect with people. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, Tiya is gaining experience in marketing and business development. She enjoys working with others, learning new things, and bringing creative ideas to the team. She is excited to keep growing her skills and gaining experience for her future career.

Gwendalyn is a business marketing student at Arizona State University, where she is pursuing her degree at the W. P. Carey School of Business and am expected to graduate in Spring 2028. She is passionate about marketing, building meaningful connections, and creating experiences that make an impact. Outside of her studies and job, Gwendalyn is a member of Delta Gamma, where she enjoys being involved in her chapter and connecting with others. She is excited to continue learning, grow my skills, and gain hands-on experience throughout her time at Kelsey Thomas.

Victoria Vo is an Assistant Account Manager at Kelsey Thomas Consulting and a student at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business, where she is pursuing a degree in Accounting with a minor in Real Estate. Her academic background has strengthened her attention to detail, research skills, and understanding of business operations, which she applies to supporting clients through grant writing, account management, and strategic consulting. Victoria is passionate about helping nonprofits and businesses secure opportunities that allow them to grow, serve their communities, and create long-term impact.
Neala is currently a pre-law student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College. She plans to graduate in the spring of 2028, then pursue a law degree. On campus, she serves as a chairwoman in Delta Zeta Sorority and is a member of the ULA Law Club. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she works as a grant-writing and business consulting intern, assisting account managers with grant research, writing, client intake, meetings, and the overall grant application process.

Chloe is currently on a pre-law track at Arizona State University pursuing a business law degree, graduating fall of 2027, after which she plans on pursuing a career as a lawyer. Along with that, she is also on the executive board for the ASU Pre-Law Society. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she currently holds the position of Assistant Account Manager where she uses her research and writing experience to enable her to research applicable grant opportunities, write the applications, as well as participating with client intake and meetings. With a dedication to the legal field and her knowledge of business, Chloe strives to create a lasting impact in all the clients we serve.

Ines del Blanco Sancho is a senior at Arizona State University studying Criminology and Criminal Justice, with plans to attend law school after graduation. Through her studies, she has developed research, writing, and analytical skills, which she brings to her role at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. At Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she supports grant research, proposal writing, business development, and client projects. Manasvi Jagtap is a senior at Arizona State University studying Finance and Business Law. She has worked across legal, government, and nonprofit settings and enjoys helping organizations find funding opportunities through grant writing. Manasvi has taken on the role of being an Account Manager where she supports clients in meetings, organizes client intake, and researches the best opportunities for available grants.
