GREG HEBERT
President and CEO
Greg has a strong background in legal affairs, contract management, management consulting, operations, business funding, and grant writing. His expertise allows Kelsey Thomas Consulting to offer a wide range of high-level services. Greg earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Greg works with various organizations dedicated to supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses. He has built a well-known grant writing firm with clients across the U.S. and internationally.

REAGAN HERMANSON
Business Development Manager
Reagan is a graduate of Grand Canyon University with a degree in Marketing and Human Resources and leads the Business Development department with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and strategic growth. By leveraging her team’s strengths, she encourages creativity and critical thinking while building a strong, results-driven team culture.

Stefano is an Account Manager and Grant Writer at Kelsey Thomas Consulting and a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Philosophy. With a passion for storytelling and a talent for creative writing, he brings a fresh, compelling voice to every project. Stefano combines strategic thinking with creativity to craft impactful grant proposals and build strong client relationships that drive results.

Business Development Coordinator
Meghan, a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Sociology, supports the Business Development team at Kelsey Thomas Consulting. She applies creative and strategic thinking to drive brand growth, strengthen content, and enhance audience engagement, bringing a strong, people-centered approach to her work.

McKenna is currently studying Business Management at Arizona State University. Through her academic work and professional experience, she has developed a strong interest in learning how organizations grow and operate effectively. As part of the Business Development team at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, McKenna supports strategic initiatives while continuing to build her skills and understanding of business growth, collaboration, and professional development.

Adwoa is a Business Development Intern and a graduate of Arizona State University, where she earned her degree in Business Law. She focuses on researching growth opportunities, supporting outreach efforts, and strengthening client connections. With a strong interest in the intersection of business and law, Adwoa brings insight, initiative, and a thoughtful perspective to every responsibility she handles.

Account Manager/Grant Writer
Charlotte, an ASU, graduate with a background in business law, international business operations, and customer service, leverages her expertise in grant writing and research to support and secure funding for clients. She effectively manages client accounts, ensures compliance, and organizes impactful projects that advance clients’ funding initiatives. Committed to organizational success and delivering strategic solutions, Charlotte is dedicated to driving meaningful outcomes for the firm’s clients.

AVA MALONEY
Account Manager/ Grant Writer
Ava is pursuing a degree in Economics at Arizona State University and Barrett, The Honors College. As a member of ASU’s Mock Trial team, she has developed strong argumentative skills, a solid understanding of the American legal system, and strategic thinking grounded in collaboration. These skills support her work at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, where she serves as an Account Writer and Account Manager, crafting compelling narratives, managing client relationships, and maintaining a thoughtful, adaptable approach to grant research.

Neda is a current pre-law student at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College. She is studying both Business Law and Finance, with a certificate in Leadership in Business. She has experience in legal administrative work, data analytics, and leadership positions. Neda is passionate about the intersection of law and business and is ready to take on opportunities that support her career path. With a background in the restaurant industry, she is well-versed in time management and teamwork, skills she now applies to her role at Kelsey Thomas Consulting.

Elaine is a graduate of Arizona State University, she earned a triple major in philosophy, English, and history. Her interdisciplinary education strengthened her abilities in persuasive communication, critical thinking, and ethical analysis, skills she brings to her work in strategic consulting and client support. She is passionate about justice, language, and understanding how systems and policies shape organizations and communities.
Avery is a finance and marketing student at Grand Canyon University with a strong interest in how financial insight supports better decision-making for both businesses and individuals. As an intern at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she is gaining hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful, impact-driven work alongside the grant writing team. Through her coursework and involvement with TEDx GCU’s Finance Team and GCU Finance Clubs, Avery has developed a strong appreciation for collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning. She values being part of a team that creates positive impact and looks forward to continuing her professional growth at Kelsey Thomas Consulting.
Alexa Rikberg is a Senior Honors student at Grand Canyon University, studying Business Management with a minor in Finance. As a Grant Writing Intern at Kelsey Thomas Consulting, she supports research, proposal development, and funding strategy for nonprofit and business clients.
